- 8 oz.uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 (14oz) jars pizza sauce
- 1 (3.5 oz) package peppeeroni slices
- 1 8 oz package shredded part-skim mozzarello cheese
- Garnish fresh oregano leaves

In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine mushrooms, onion, carrot, and dried tomato pieces
- 5 cups sliced assorted fresh mushrooms (such as shiitake, button, cremini, and oyster)

- 1/4 cup dried tomato pieces (not oil-packed)
