Nutella® Mousse

In a small bowl, dissolve the espresso in the hot water
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/4 cup Nutella spread
- Dash of Kahlua (optional)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Chopped toasted hazelnuts for topping

1. Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside
- 9 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 1 1/4 cups white vanilla baking chips
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
