Beef Braised Short Food Network

- Pancetta wrapped halibut
- four 5 oz pieces halibut
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 24 pieces thinly-sliced pancetta
- Cabbage side
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- To fry the halibut
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter or oil
