Tiny Tomato Pie

Tiny tomato pie is low on calories and easy to make! Can't go wrong with pie!
- 1 14.1 ounce package rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 2/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 cups assorted tiny tomatoes
- 1 tablespoons drained capers
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Cottage Cheese Roast

Bake in casserole dish 1/2 hour with lid on and 1/2 hour with lid off at 35 degrees
- 3 Cups SPECIAL K, Cereal (Original Flavor - without fruit)
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 envelope dried onion soup mix or George Washington Seasoning Mix
- 2 packets of George Washington broth (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk, (if needed for correct consistency)
