Homemade Buttermilk (Emeril Lagasse)

Place the vinegar in a glass-measuring cup, and add enough milk to make 1 cup total liquid

Perfect Pot Roast (Bob Warren)

1. Add oil to pressure cooker and heat on high or "brown" with the lid off
- Roast 2 to 3 pounds

Cauliflower Fried Rice

Pulse cauliflower in a food processor for about 45 seconds (do not over pulse, or cauliflower will get mushy

- 3 Cups (12 oz) cake flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs plus 2 large yolks, room temperature

Crockpot Homemade Apple Cider

1. Chop apples and oranges into large chunks
- 6 quart slow cooker (reduce the amounts for a smaller cooker)
- 12 medium size sweet apples (fuji, honeyscrisp, gala… best to use a variety)
- 2 oranges
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 TBSP whole cloves
- 1 TBSP whole allspice
- 2 inch knob of fresh ginger (optional)
- up to 1 cup of brown sugar (optional. I didn’t put any sugar in mine and it is delicious! but if you are used to a more sweet cider, add sugar as desired.)
