Homemade Marshmallow Crème Recipe

Stir together the sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt in a small saucepan over high heat
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Limoncello Ice Cream Dessert

Place 1 scoop of lemon sorbet along side 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each dessert cup
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 4 jiggers limoncello, Italian lemon liqueur available at any large liqueur store, any lemon liqueur may be substituted
- 1 lemon, zested
- Wafer cookies, for garnish
Chocolate-Hazelnut Gelato

In a saucepan combine the milk, cream, and 1/2 cup sugar over medium heat
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1/4 cup
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (recommended: Nutella)
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, crushed, for garnish
Honey-Sweetened Peach Jam

- 8 ounces bucatini pasta or 8 ounces ziti pasta

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried mint flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten

Chicken Baked in Cornflake Crumbs

- Cooking spray
- 1 cup buttermilk, well shaken
- 4 cups cornflake crumbs
- 8 assorted chicken pieces, skin on or off
- 1 teaspoon salt

French Onion Soup (Pioneer Woman)

For the soup: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 4 large yellow onions
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 generous cup dry white wine
- 4 cups (1 quart) low-sodium beef broth
- 4 cups (1 quart) low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 4 to 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Several thick slices French bread or baguette
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 8 ounces Gruyere cheese, sliced thick

- 1/2 head green cabbage, sliced thin
- 1/2 head purple cabbage, sliced thin
- 3 mini sweet peppers (in two different colors), thinly sliced
- 2 whole carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Couple dashes hot sauce
- 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
No-Boil Mac and Cheese
