- 30 center wing portions
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup dry sherry
- 1 / clove crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 green onion, chopped
Amish Chicken Casserole

Directions Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth
- 8 oz. noodles, cooked
- 2 C. cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 C. chicken broth (can use canned)
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 diced red pepper

- 1/2 C. margarine
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 lb. coarsely chopped cooked Butterball Turkey (about 4 cups)
- 3/4 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, divided
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups Wellsley Farms® All-Natural Mashed Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Wellsley Farms® Shredded Mozzarella
- Pam Nonstick Cooking Spray
- Fresh Ocean Spray Cranberries, for garnish (optional)

- 1 1 1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
