- 8 frankfurters
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teapsoon paprika
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup (4 ozs) shedded swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 5 cups thinly sliced baking potatoes (about 3/-4) medium.

Peachy Dessert Bars
- Crust:
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup undiluted carnation evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
- Filling:
- 2 cups (17 oz can) sliced peaches
- 1 cups seedless raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup undiluted carnation evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Squash Biquist Soup

pre heat oven 425 degrees
- 5 lbs. butternut squash (cut into cubes)
- 2 yellow onions peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon tyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cups of chicken both
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tspsoon cardonnom
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
