Cake, Peanut Butter Sheet

Bring peanut butter, water and margarine to a rapid boil
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 c water
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 c buttermilk
Muffins, Cranberry Pumpkin

heat to 350 combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 6 oz dried cranberries
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1 egg
Tater Tot Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion in butter with salt and pepper until translucent
- 1 34 oz bag tater tots, thawed
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cups cheese
- 3/4 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Alfredo Sauce, Better Than Olive Garden

Directions: 1 Melt butter in medium saucepan with olive oil over medium/low heat
- 3 tablespoons sweet butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) box angel hair pasta
Impossible Cheesecake

Heat oven to 350. Grease pie plate
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c Bisquick
- 2 pkg cream cheese cut into about 1/2" cubes and softened

- 2 T sugar

Blackberry Cake

Sprinkle blackberries with sugar; set aside
- 2 cp blackberries
- 1/4 cp sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cp oil
- 1 small box blackberry jello
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
Pumpkin Pudding

Whisk all ingredients in a 3 qt microwavable bowl
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
Trifle, Black Forest

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pkg. (9 oz) Devil’s food cake mix
- 2 bars milk chocolate candy
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 C. cherry/cranberry juice
- 2 C. cold milk
- 2 pkgs. (3.3 oz each) white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Earthquake Cake

Mix pecans and coconut together and put in botton of greased & floured Bundt pan
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 # powdered sugar
- German chocolate Cake Mix
Cake, Very Moist Coconut

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour 3 9" cake pans
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c shortening
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 yellow cake mix, with pudding
