Creamy beef & mushroom with noodles

Heat 1 1/2 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil, divided
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick), cut into strips
- 3 cups yolk-free whole wheat eagg noodles, uncooked
- 1/4 C. Kraft light zesty italian dressing
- 2 onions,chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 3/4 C. fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 C frozen peas
- 1/2 C. Breakstone's reduced fat or Knudsen light sour cream
- 1 small tomato, chopped

- 1-1/2 C. flour

Nacho Potato Soup

In a 3pt sauce pan, combine the contents of the potato package, corn, tomatoes, and water; mix well
- 1 pkg(15-1/4oz) au gratin potatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 2 C. water
- 2 C. milk
- 2 C. cubed process American cheese
- Dash hot pepper sauce, optional
- Minced fresh parsley, optional

- 3-16oz. cans great northern beans
- 3-C. cooked chicken cut into medium pieces
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2-24oz. can mild green chilies, chopped large(retain juice)
- 1-1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano(crumble in your hand)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 C. chicken stock
- 1-1/2 C. monterey jack cheese, grated
