This is Bill's, Karl's and was Jeremy's favorite cake

  • ! pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 - (serves 4) pkg vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
  • 1 -4oz pkg Baker's German sweet chocolate, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 c oil
  • Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased 9" pan
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Do not under bake. Cool 15 minutes.
  • Easy Coconut-Pecan filling
  • Blend 3/4 cup light corn syrup with 1 pkg (serves 6)butter pecan or vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling. Gradually stir in 1 cup evaporated milk, add
  • 1 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill 10 minutes
