Basic Bruschetta

- 12 to 14 fresh ripe plumb tomatoes ( about 1 3\4 lb )
- 2 Tbs minsed Garlic
- 2 Tbs minced Shallots
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- salt and freshly Ground pepper to taste
- 1 \3 cup plus 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, slivered
- 8 thick slices round peasant bread
- or Bagettes can be used

- 1 cube butter
- 1 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 jar Kraft Sharp old English cheese
- 1 clove garlic - garlic press
Bunny's Quiche

Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Place eggs,bisquick,melted butter,milk,and peeper in a blender and blend
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- Dash of pepper
- 1cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup chopped bacon (4 slices)
- 10 to 12 chopped mushrooms

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 block tofu (firm) drained and cubed
- 1 pkg (16 oz) bean sprouts, run under hot water for 1 min.
- 1/2 onion (Maui) diced
- 1 can tuna or salmon, drained and flaked
- 4-5 tomatoes diced
- 1 bunch watercress sliced
- SAUCE
- 1/8 cup sesame oil
- 1/8 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup shoyu (King Shoyu)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Hamburger Stroganoff

Delicous topping for noodles
- 1 LB. Beef
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/4 Cup Margarine
- 2 T Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Can (4 oz.) Mushrooms Stems & pieces or 8 Med. Mushrooms
- 1 Can Cr. of Mushroom or 1 Can of Chix Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cup firm butter
Oven Baked Lobstr Tails

- 5-6 oz tail 16 minutes
- 7-9 oz tail 18 minutes
- 10-12 tail 20 minutes
- 13-16 oz tail 23 minutes
Grilled Chicken Breast

Place chicken breasts in shallow dish
- Quick, easy, light and very good.
- INGREDIENTS
- • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- • 2 tbsp lemon juice
- • 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- • 1 tsp garlic powder
- • 2 tsp dried rosemary
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • 1 tbsp olive oil
Extra Easy German Sweet Chocolate Cake

This is Bill's, Karl's and was Jeremy's favorite cake
- ! pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 - (serves 4) pkg vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 -4oz pkg Baker's German sweet chocolate, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1/4 c oil
- Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased 9" pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Do not under bake. Cool 15 minutes.
- Easy Coconut-Pecan filling
- Blend 3/4 cup light corn syrup with 1 pkg (serves 6)butter pecan or vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling. Gradually stir in 1 cup evaporated milk, add
- 1 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill 10 minutes
