Monkey Peanut Butter Bars

Cream butter and sugars. Add peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and soda
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c flour
- 1 c cooking oats
- 2 c chocolate chips
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 3 1/2 Tbs milk
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream together sugars and butter, add in eggs and vanilla
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp hot water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 c flour
- 2 c chocolate chips
Chocolate Water Cake

- 1/2 c butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1/2 cocoa
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt

Coconut Poke cake

Prepare white cake mix as directed on box
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 14oz cream of coconut
- 1 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 16oz frozen whipped topping
- 1 8oz flaked coconut
Brocolli Cheese Soup

In large stockpot simmer broccoli in broth about 15 min
- 3 (10oz) frozen brocolli florets
- 3 (14oz) cans chicken broth
- 6 Tbs butter
- onion
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 1/2 lb velveeta
- pinch white pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
Grandma Donna's Potato Dumplings

combined all ingredients add as much flour as nesessary to form stiff dough
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c cream (evap. milk)
- 2 c mashed potatoes (5 medium potatoes)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
- flour till stiff dough forms
uncle Jerry's bread pudding

Grease 9x13 pan and place bread in bottom of pan
- 1 loaf italian bread, 1 in cubes
- 4 eggs
- 4 c milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinn
- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 2 Tbs water
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
Brownies with peanut butter fudge frosting

Prepare brownie mix according to package, bake and allow to cool
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1 c peanut butter chips
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Christmas wreaths

Microwave marshmallows and butter for about 2 min
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 c mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp green food coloring
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 4 c cornflakes
- red hot candies
