Potato Casserole

Lightly grease 9x13 pan and and hash browns
- 1 (30oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16oz) container sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 c crushed corn flakes cereal
Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

1) To cold water, add Bisquik and cheese, blending in a mixing bowl
- DOUGH:
- 1 1/4 lbs. Bisquik
- 3 ounces freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 ounces cold water
- GARLIC SPREAD:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
Outback Clam chowder

Cook down all veggies with bacon about 20 min
- 1 medium onion
- 5-6 carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp parsley
- 6 slices of bacon minced
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 5 6oz cans minced clams
- 1 8oz bottle clam juice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs shrimp base(lobster works as well)
- 1 Tbs salt
- 2 pints heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 c flour
Orange Gelatin Salad

In mixing bowl combine fruits and gelatin and let chill for 30 min
- 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges,drained
- 1 (8oz) can crushed pinnapple, drained
- 1 (6oz) package orange jello
- 16 oz container cottage cheese
- 1 (8oz) cool whip
Banana Bread

Cream together brown sugar and softened butter, then beat in eggs one at a time and bananas
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/3 c overripe bananas
- 1/2 pumpkin pie spice
- pinch nutmeg
HOT CRAB DIP

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
- 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced, optional
- 5 to 6 roasted garlic cloves or 2 cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
Hot Fudge

- 1 lb butter
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Cream Frosting

- 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
Nanaimo Bars

Butter or spray a 9 x 9 inch (23 x 23 cm) pan with a non stick vegetable spray
- Bottom Layer:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated white sugar
- 1/3 cup (30 grams) unsweetened cocoa (I use Dutch-processed)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (200 grams) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup (65 grams) coconut (either sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup (50 grams) walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
- Middle Layer:
- 1/4 cup (56 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 - 3 tablespoons milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder (Bird's) or vanilla pudding powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups (230 grams) powdered sugar (confectioners or icing) sugar
- Top Layer:
- 4 ounces (115 grams) semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter
Diappearing Marshmellow Brownies

Melt butterscotch chips and butter in large saucepan, let cool
- 1c butterscotch chips
- 1/2c butter
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 c marshmallows
- 2 c chocolate chips
