Grasshopper Ice Cream Cake

FOR THE CRUST: Stir cookie crumbs and butter in medium bowl until crumbs resemble wet sand
- 32 Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers, crushed to fine crumbs (about 2 cups)
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart ice cream, green mint chocolate chip
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream
- 2 cups lightly sweetened whipped cream
- 10 Andes chocolate mints, shaved with vegetable peeler
Peppermint Meringues

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees C)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 peppermint candy canes, crushed
Chinese Red-Braised Pork Belly

In a small saucepan, add the eggs and enough water to cover by 1 inch; bring to a rapid boil and let cook 2 minutes
- 6 eggs
- 1 spring onion, white part only
- 3 ⁄4 oz. ginger (about a 2-inch piece)
- 1 3⁄4 lb. pork belly, skin on if desired
- 1 tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp. Shoaling wine
- 3 cups hot water or stock
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. superfine sugar or 1 1⁄2 oz. rock sugar
- Cooked white rice, for serving
Roasted New Potatoes

HEAT oven to 400ºF. COMBINE potatoes, bacon and dressing; spread onto rimmed baking sheet
- 2 lb. red new potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Crosshatch Hot Dogs on Grilled Croissants

In a large bowl, stir the honey with the sherry vinegar until the honey is dissolved
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- 6 cups finely shredded green cabbage (from 1/2 small head)
- 3 fresh red chiles such as Fresno, seeded and thinly sliced
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 croissants, split but still attached on one side
- 4 large hot dogs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 large garlic clove, minced

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 5 cups (15 ounces) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups (8 ounces) pecans, chopped coarse
- 2 cups (10 ounces) raisins, chopped
Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Heat oil in a skillet over medium
- For the chicken:
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped (8 oz)
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
- For the Wraps:
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 12 small Bibb lettuce leaves
