My family loves this quick and easy recipe so much, we never have any leftovers
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), cut into 3/4-inch cubes (or chicken)
- 3/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing, divided
- 2 large green peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 large sweet onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 pound medium fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (add at end so they don't get mushy)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt

This Pistachio Pudding Bread is made from a cake mix and pudding mix
- Sugar Mixture:
- 1 package Pillsbury yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough (the flat sheet, not the roll)

- Filling:
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. halved seedless grapes
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half
- 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and roughly chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
