- for bottom crust:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup flour
- for bars:
- 3/4 cup seedless raspberry or berry jam
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 TBSP flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- powder sugar, for dusting

- Brownies:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tsp gel red food coloring {you'd need to add more liquid coloring since it's not as potent)
- 3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 (32 ounce) containers reduced-sodium chicken broth, I used Swanson’s
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can tomatoes, diced
- 1 3/4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped (skin removed)
- 1 cup canned garbanzo, kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained. Save remaining beans to add to salads
- 1/2 cup white wine or 1/2 cup more chicken broth, if desired
