Banana Split Pie

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 or 5 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- Large carton of cool whip
- Maraschino cherries (halved)
Hash Brown Casserole

Place potatoes in a greased 13X9 pan
- 1 (2lb) pckg frozen hash browns
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken condensed soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pckg cubed ham
Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing well
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t. salt
- Whipped topping and nuts, optional
- 1 (9inch) unbaked pie crust, refrigerated or homemade
Spicy Glazed Cornish Hens

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 whole Cornish hens
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Icing:
- 5 eggs, separated
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 t. vanilla
- 8 oz pckg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick margarine

- 1 T. vanilla
- Cream together & spread on cake

- 1 (16 oz) pckg ziti pasta
- 2 (10 oz) Alfredo Sauce
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs - lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground italian sausage
