- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup peppermint mints, crushed
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 2 chocolate candy bars, chopped

- Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar (I used Splenda)
