Beans and Sweet Italian Sausage

1. Put the olive oil and garlic in a heavy saucepan that will hold the sausage in a single layer
- 1 can cannellini beans (22.5 ounces) drained
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, lightly crushed and peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
- 1 1/4 cups canned whole peeled tomatoes, coarsely chopped (with their juice)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage links, thickly sliced
No Hurry Vegetable Curry

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 large carrots, sliced on a diagonal (1 to 2)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced

- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

- 1 3/4 pounds catfish fillets
Chicken and Rice with Creamy Garlic Sauce
