Slow Cooker Cilantro-Cumin Chicken Chile

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15- to 16-ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained (or 1 1/2 c frozen corn, thawed)
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1/3 cup store-bought salsa verde
- 1 Tbsp. dry, minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (16-ounce) can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. minced, fresh cilantro, plus additional minced cilantro for serving (optional) Crushed tortilla chips, for serving

- 2 cups diced (1/2-inch) onions

- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons potato starch or cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 whole Green Onions, Light Green And Dark Green Parts, Chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 teaspoon sesame oIl
- 1/2 - 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Or Other Hot Sauce (more To Taste)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cup Water
- 24 whole Wonton Wrappers
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar Or Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha, Or Other Hot Sauce

- 1 lb. ground chicken breast (white meat)
- 1 small Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored and shredded
- 1 Tbsp. sage, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

- 1 tsp. sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt

- 2 cups chopped leeks, white and light green parts (3 leeks)
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (3 cloves)
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup Cognac or brandy
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 (3-pound) boneless chuck roast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons House seasoning, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months
