Taco Salad

- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Avacado
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black olives
- 1 lb hamburger (cooled)
- Tortilla Chips
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Taco seasoning mix
- lg bottle of french dressing
Corn Souffle

Rich in Taste with corn flavor
- 1 Stick Butter
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 eggs- beaten
- 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1 c Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 16oz Can Cream Corn
- 1 16oz Can Hole Corn - Drained
- 1 Pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Mix all ingredients in order given above in a large bowl. Pour into a 13 by 9 greased pan. Bake 50-60 min.

- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 3oz package cream cheese
