Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

- 2-1/2 * 2-1/2 pounds medium potatoes, peeled
- 1 * 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup milk
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 5 * 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Brookville Hotel Creamed Corn

Add salt, sugar, cream (reserve a bit to smooth out cornstarch) to corn bring to a boil, reduce to low or simmer
- 2 1/2 lbs. frozen corn
- 3/4 C. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 2 to 3 tsp. cornstarch
Olive Garden Salad Mix

- 1 bag American Blend Dole Salad
- 4-5 slices Red Onion
- 4-6 Black Olives
- 2-4 Banana Peppers
- 1/2 C. Croutons

Olive Garden's Alfredo Sauce

HEAT milk and cream in a heavy bottom saucepan until it begins to simmer
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup imported Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup imported Romano cheese, grated
- 6 egg yolks from fresh jumbo eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 ½ lbs extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 cups quarter grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- • 4 1/2 cups (about 1 1/2 pounds) fresh strawberries, quartered and destemmed
- • 4 1/2 cups (about 1 1/2 pounds) fresh blueberries, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- • 3/4 cup sugar
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt
- • 1/4 cup orange juice
- • 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
