Corn Cob Treat

Pull husks off corn and boil in salted water until tender
- 6 ears of corn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 2 gloves crushed garlic
- pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsely
Fruit "Soup"

1. In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar; bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit, such as cantaloupe melon balls, halved red seedless grapes, halved or quartered strawberries, cubed pineapple, and/or orange sections.
- 4 butter wafer cookies
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Roasted Tomato Soup With Garlic Croutons

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- For garlic croutons:
- Olive oil
- 18 plum tomatoes
- 2 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/8 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 3 large garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 1/2 cups vege stock, divided
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, for garnish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups bread cubes ( 1/2-inch dice), made from French bread, crusts included
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Pineapple Crush

Blend all ingredients together
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 frozen very ripe medium banana
Tex-Mex Breakfast Tostadas

Heat oven to 400. Coat sheets with spray and place tortillas
- 8 white corn tortillas
- 6 large eggs
- 3/4 cup corn
- 1/2 cup shred pepper-jack chz
- 1/2 salsa
- 2 scallions, chopped
Bahama Chill

- 1 oz Malibu
- 3/4 oz creme de banana
- 2 oz OJ
- 2 oz Pineapple
- splash of grenadine
- 1/2 oz Meyer's

Someone sprays whipped cream into drinker's mouth and drizzles chocolate syrup on top of whipped cream
- 1 shot peppermint schnapps
- whipped cream
- Hershey's® chocolate syrup
Fried Rice

Bring a pot of water to a boil; prepare an ice water bath
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup diced hot dogs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 scallions, white and light green parts, sliced
- 4 fried eggs, for serving
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for serving
- Sriracha sauce, for serving
Linguine with Grill-Roasted Tomatoes and Zucchini Pesto

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- 6 large cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 1/2 Tbs. plus 1/8 tsp. olive oil, divided
- 8 oz. uncooked linguine
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, divided
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 4 small zucchini, halved, then cut into thin slices lengthwise
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Sheepherder's Breakfast For Dinner

- 3/4 pound bacon strips, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
