- 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 TBSP melted butter
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 Tbsp cold water
