spicy shredded beef tacos

In a small bowl, combine the canola oil with spice mixture and rub half all over roast
- 2 tbsp Western Family canola oil
- 1 certified Angus Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast,

- 2 tbsp Longo’s Peri Peri Spice Mixture
- 1 jar (700 mL) Longo’s tomato basil pasta sauce
- 2 pkgs (133 g each) hard taco shells or 2 bags
- (340 g each) Longo’s small fl our tortillas

1. Combine everything and bake at 375 for 20 mins, stir at least once 1/2 way through the cooking process

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Spinach-Parmesan Dip

- 3 garlic cloves, chopped

General Tao's Chicken

*Chicken* Add chicken to a medium bowl
- Chicken*
- 1 chicken breast, cut into about 1 1/2-inch pieces (boneless and skinless)
- 2 chicken thighs, cut into about 1 1/2-inch pieces (boneless and skinless)
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- Sauce*
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup to 1/ 2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch 5-spice powder (optional)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- Assembly*
- Vegetable oil, for frying and stir-frying
- Cornstarch, as needed, for dredging
- 6 to 8 small whole dried chiles, or to taste
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 4 green onions, cut in 1 1/2-inch batons
- 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets, blanched
- Sesame seeds, for garnish optional
- Steamed rice, for serving
Seared Chicken Breast

1. Coat the chicken breast in the flour mixtures lightly and then sear in a med-high heat pan with butter

- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c half/half cream

- 3 cloves garlic

- 7 -8 sprigs of rosemary
