Strawberry Cheese pie

Glaze: Combine mashed strawberries and sugar in saucepan
- Glaze:
- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- Filling:
- 1/2 pkg (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 baked pie shell
- 3 cup fresh strawberries
Chocolate Banana Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners
- Cupcakes
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup mashed rip bananas (about 2)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Frosting
- 1 cup dak chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips to garnish

Blend margarine, eggs, vanilla and sugars together
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
