Gorgonzola Sauce

Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat continue to boil until reduced
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 3 to 4 oz crumbly gorgonzola
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 3/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon parsely
Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup sour cream (sub - yogart)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard (sub - Dijon mustard)
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- dash smoked paprika (optional)
New York-Style Pizza Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk
- 7 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can petite-cut diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
Easy Baked Salmon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3 T honey
- 3 T Dijion mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 (6oz) salmon steaks
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Adirondack Margaritas

Mix all ingredients together in a 4-quart pitcher until thoroughly blended
- 1 1/2 cups tequila
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Triple Sec

Crab Boil

1. Add all the ingredients but the crabs to a large stockpot
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Creole Spice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 sprig fresh Thyme
- 1 onion
- 1 head of garlic, halved horizontally
- 12 live jumbo blue crabs (or whatever you have on hand)
No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Mix peanut butter, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cup confectioners sugar
