- 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 6 oz fat free french vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 6 fish filets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lemon

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 large onion; chopped
- 1 small green pepper; chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mexican Rice Pudding ("Arroz Con Leche")

A very rich and sweeter version of regular rice pudding
- 7 cups water
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- Ground cinnamon, for dusting
Chicken-Cheese Meltaway Casserole

Cook macaroni in boiling salt water until tender; drain and rinse
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup onion; chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley; minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken; cooked, and chopped

- 1 cup rice; uncooked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup onion; minced

- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
