Apple Crisp

Sprinkle cinnamon over apples and let sit
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 each apples, peeled and cut into pieces
Smoked Chicken on the Grill

Sprinkle 2 tbsp of rub in the cavity of chicken
- Sweet & Hot Rub:
- 1 large roasting chicken (4 to 5 pounds)
- 8 tbsp sweet and hot rub (below)
- 1 - 12 oz. can of beer
- 3 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbps brown sugar
- Stir ingredients together.
Chocolate Covered Peanutbutter Balls

1. Mix butter, sugar and peanutbutter together
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1-1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp shaved parrafin wax
Chocolate Covered Toffee

Melt butter in saucepan on medium/low heat
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bag of chocolate chips
- 1 bag of pecans (optional)
New England Clam Chowder

1. Pour clam nectar into saucepan and heat
- 2 Cans Baby Clams
- 2 Cans Chicken Broth
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 1 Tsp Celery Salt
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Ground Pepper
- 2 Lg Potatoes, Diced
- 2 Lg Onions
- 5 Slices Bacon
- 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
- 2-3 Cups Milk (use cream, whole milk or 2%)
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Simple Salsa

Dice onions and garlic then add the can of tomatoes and the seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves
- 1 - 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp southwest chipotle seasoning (tupperware seasoning mix)
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

In large bowl, beat sugar and oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c grated carrots
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- FROSTING
- 12 oz powdered sugar
- 2 3 oz. cream cheese room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp milk
