- 6 eggs
- 1 c cold unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (8oz) pkg cold cream cheese
- 2 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 c sifted cake flour
Monkey Bread

Use extra large foil muffin cups and make individual servings
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Homestyle buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 c raisins(optional)
- 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c butter, melted
Chantilly Lace

- 2 (8oz)cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16oz) cool whip
- 1 vanilla or pistachio instant pudding
- 1 tsp almond extract
- green food coloring
Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large green peppers
- 2 tbs evoo
- 1 1/2 # ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 c celery, finely diced
- 1/2 c onion, finely diced
- 1 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 c sliced green olives
- 1/3 c seedless raisins
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1 1/2 c brown rice, cooked
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
Golden Mac and Cheese

Add ham and sprinkle top w/ bacon before serving
- 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 c whip cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 12 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
- 4 oz parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 c.Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c butter
Miss Minnie's Chicken Casserole

Combine all ingredients except noodles
- 21/2-3 # chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 3/4 c celery
- 1 egg, boiled
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Chinese noodles
Cool Whip Pie

Mix ingredients with a mixer and pour into pie shell
- Large carton Cool Whip.
- 1 can Eagle brand
- 1 (6oz) limeade concentrate
- 2-3 drops green food coloring
- Graham cracker pie shell
Portobello-Marsala Sauce

- 2 tbs evoo
- 1 (8oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large shallots, diced
- 2 c Marsala wine
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 tbs butter

- 3 scallions. chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste)
- salt to taste
