French Chocolate Pie

Cream butter with sugar with electric mixer on high until smooth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 squares cooled, melted unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Cool Whip®
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
Fresh Strawberry Pie

Bring 1 1/2 cups water and sugar to a boil in saucepan
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (3 oz) package of strawberry gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 quart fresh strawberries cut in half
- 1 9 inch pie crust baked
Fruit Pizza 1

Dough: Cut sugar cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and arrange on slightly greased pizza pan
- 1 (18 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
- 1 (4 1/2 oz) whipped topping thawed
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 can pineapple chunks drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash salt
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Fruit Pizza 2

Spread cookie dough on a greased pizza pan and bake at 350 F until lightly brown, 10 or 15 minutes
- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon flour or cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- bananas
- strawberries, fresh or frozen cut in half
- pineapple chunks drained
- blueberries
- mandarin orange
- pecans
Fruit Salad

Mix all ingredients (except whipping cream)
- 2 large naval oranges peeled and cut up
- 2 large apples peeled and cut up
- 2 bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 cans fruit salad
- 1 bottle cherries cut in half
- 1 bag miniature marshmallows cut in half
- 2 cups pecans chopped
- 1/2 bag shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can whipping cream

Mix sugar and cocoa in pot
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans chopped

Combine sugar, salt, cocoa, and cream in a big pot
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Hershey's® cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups cream (Pet), split 3/4 cream, 3/4 water
- 1/4 cup oleo or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, OR 1/2 cup peanut butter

Blend sugar and cocoa in 8 cup microwavable measuring cup
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
Gabe's Red Rice

Brown meat and sausage and drain grease
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 links mild smoked sausage sliced
- 2 links hot smoked sausage sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups rice washed
- 2 1/2 cups water
Gingerbread Pancakes

Stir spices into pancake mix, then add the molasses mixture until just moistened
- cups water mixed with:
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 4 cups buttermilk pancake mix complete
- 1/2 cup molasses
