- 1 pound red potatoes, quartered 2 tablespoons diced onion 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper
Classic 7 UP Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan
- 1 cup butter, softened
- • 1/2 cup shortening
- • 3 cups sugar
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract • 5 eggs, at room temperature • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • l cup 7UP
- For the Glaze
- • 1/4 cup 7UP
- • 1/2 cup sugar
Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This is an excellent cake
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp B.S., B.P.,salt.
- Streusel Mix
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
Texas Cake

Pour cake mixture onto a Cookie Sheet and bake 375* - 20 - 25 min
- Boil - 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tblsp Cocoa
- 1 cup oil
- ADD - 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt. Beat into liquid
- ADD - 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp B.S.
- 1 tsp vanilla. Beat well
- ICING
- 4 Tblsp Cocoa
- 6 Tblsp Cream
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 lb. icing sugar

- 1 pound soft butter
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 8 eggs
- 1 small can drained crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp salt
