Icing: 8 oz. Cream Cheese ¾ Stick Oleo/butter 1 1/3 cups Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
- 2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Pumpkin
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 Cups White Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Texas Cake / Buttermilk Brownies

Frost Immediately: 6 Tbs
- Mix Together:
- 2 Cups Sifted Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 5 Tbs. Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- Bring To Boil:
- 2 Sticks Margarine
- 1 Cup Water
- Pour over flour mixture and add 1/2 Cup Buttermilk, 1 tsp. Vanilla and 2 eggs.
- Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees in jelly roll pan.
Velvet Crumb Cake

Topping: 1/3 Cup packed Brown Sugar ¼ Cup Chopped Nuts 3 Tbs
- 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick
- 1/2 Cup Milk or Water
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Grease and flour square pan, 8X8X2 or round pan 9X1 1/2. Beat in all ingredients except topping on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally
- Bake until toothpick comes our clean – 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly, spread on topping.
- Put oven on BROIL and put topping on cake and broil it for about 3 minutes.

- 1 1/8 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
- 1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Sugar

1. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until smooth
- Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats, old fashioned or quick (see Note)
- 2/3 cup plain M&Ms (give or take) – mini m&m’s
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – mini chocolate chips
Gob Cake

Mix milk and flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick
- 1 box Duncan Hines Devil’s Food Cake mix 5 Eggs
- 1 Small box instant chocolate pudding
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- Mix all ingredients together until thick. Pour into TWO greased Jelly Roll pans. Bake separately at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let Cool.
- Mix: 5 Tbs. Flour 1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
