Pepperoni Dip

Mix all ingredients with hand mixer, put in pie plate and bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes

Mona's Cheese Dip

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 can chopped chiles
- 5 shakes of hot sauce
- Garnish
- Chopped black olives
- Green onion, cut

Crescent stromboli

Roll out 1 crescent roll for bottom of 13x9 pan, layer lunchmeat, top with roasted peppers
- 2 Pgs Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 Jar Roasted Peppers
- 1/4 lb provolone cheese
- 1/4 lb swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb genoa salami
- 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 lb pepper ham or capicola
Broccoli Soufle'

Mix all ingredients, place in 8x8 or 9x9 and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- 2 Tbs chopped onion
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs beaten lightly

- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
Broccoli and Cheese side dish

Steam broccoli for 5 minutes and drain, layer broccoli in pan with salt and pepper, Slice Velveeta over top

- Velveeta Cheese (I use Light)
- Ritz Crackers (1 1/2 sleeves)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter

- 1 Med Red onion (chopped)
- 8-10 bacon strips (crumbled)
- (can use real bacon bits, oscar mayer)
- 1 cup light mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs white vinegar
GUILTLESS PUMPKIN PIE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425, MIX 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TBSP CORNSTARCH
- 1 TSP CINNAMON
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 EGG WHITES (BEATEN)
- 1 CAN PUMPKIN (15OZ)
- 1 CAN FAT FREE SKIM MILK
- 1-9 " DEEP DISH SHELL

- 1 packet good season salad dressing, prepared, directions on back of packet.

- 1 can whole tomatoes (1lb,12oz can)
- 1 sm can tomato sauce

- pinch of sugar
