Krisha's Jewish Apple Cake

Place all ingredients in large bowl (except apples) and beat until smooth
- 3 c flower
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 4 eggs, beaten fluffy
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 2 1/2 t baking powder
- 2 1/2 t vanilla
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced thin
- sugar and cinnamon mixture
Roasted Lamb with Black Fusion Truffle Salt

1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
- One 4-7 lb. boneless leg of lamb roast
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and cut into halves
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fusion Black Truffle Salt
- 4 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Zuppa

- parsley
- pepperoni
- 1 c olive oil
- 1 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1 c Greek olives
- 2 T salt
- 5 peppercorns
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- worcesteshire sauce
- salt, ground pepper, dry mustard
- Juice of one lemon
- dash hot sauce
- 3 T white wine vinegar
- Romaine lettuce

- 1 c brown sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 T onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 oz cruched black peppercorn
- 2 oz dry red wine
- 1 oz butter

- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup sugar

- Wax or parchment paper

- 8-10 Macintosh apples, peeled cored and finely grated

SPICEY BRUSSEL SPROUTS

- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha, or more to taste
