Peanut Butter Muffins

Mix dry ingredients and cut in peanut butter until mixture is crumbly
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 beaten eggs
Cocktail Meatballs

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg and next 4 ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 10 oz jar grape jelly

HEAT oven to 375°F. MIX tomatoes and stuffing mix
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

- 4 1/2 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats, divided
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup raisins
Pulled Chicken Stuffed into Baked Potatoes with Gravy

Preheat oven to 400F. Pierce each potato 10 times with a fork and place potatoes on rack in oven
- 6 baking potatoes (Russet)
- 3-3 1/2 lb whole chicken

- 1 whole head garlic, sliced in half horizontally
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
