In a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat butter, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked dried coconut
Spinach Casserole

- 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach - thawed/drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 lbs grated yellow cheese
- 3 Tbls flour
- 3 eggs
