Cavatappi with Spinach, Beans and Asiago Cheese

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and toss
- 8 cups coarsely chopped spinach leaves
- 4 cups hot cooked cavatappi (about 6 oz uncooked, spiral-shaped pasta)
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (19-oz) can cannellini beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Cracked black pepper

1. Combine sugar and vinegar in a small saucepan and heat until sugar is melted and combined
- 1 can green beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can wax beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can light red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
