In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil and brown the steak strips and onion
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds top round steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 large yellow onion, cut into thin slices
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed beef broth
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces Button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 baked potatoes

- 1 cup almond meal/flour*
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- Honey or pure maple syrup
- Fresh ripe berries
- You can also use hazelnut meal
