Mexican Chicken Bake

Saute onions and rotel in one pan
- Box of cornbread
- 2 can Rotel
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 pkg. fajita seasoning
- 1 pkg. mexican cheese
Mashed Potatoes

Skin and cut potatoes into quarters
- 6 Potatoes-Idaho or Yukon
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu

1.Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons Chablis or other dry white wine
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 4 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
Muddy Buddies

Into large bowl measure out cereal; set aside
- 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Rice Krispies Treats

Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat
- 3 Tablespoons margerine or butter
- 1 package(10oz.)about 40 regular marshmallows or 4 cup minature marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogs Rice Krispies cereal
Peanut Butter Crunches

Measure out cereal and place in bowl
- 1/2 cup Kayro Syrup(light)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cup Special K cereal
Taco Bake

PREHEAT oven to 400*F. Prepare Dinner as directed on package
- 1 pkg.(14 oz.)Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg.(1 1/4 oz.) Taco Bell Home Originals Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup Breakstone Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheedar Cheese, divided
- 1 cup Taco Bell Thick 'N Chuncky Salsa
Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Bars

1. Heat oven to 350°F
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup toffee bits, finely crushed
Chinese Cabbage Salad

Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 TB soy sauce
- Salad:
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 TB. sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame seed
- 2 3oz romaine noodles-broken up
- 1 3oz sliced almonds
- Set aside:
- 1 bag of coleslaw cabbage or head of Bok choy
- 4 green onions sliced
- 3 cooked chicken breast cubed (optional)
Lemon Basil Chicken Salad

In a medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, basil and almonds
- 4 cups diced/shredded cooked chicken
- 1 rib minced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
