- 1 (1/4-ounce) package active dry yeast
- 2 cups water, room temperature
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
Honey Whole Wheat Bread

1. In large bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 packages regular active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups very warm water (120°F to 130°F)
- 4 1/2 cups Gold Medal® whole wheat flour
- 2 3/4 to 3 3/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
Crepes à la Julia Child

- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup cold milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour, scooped and leveled
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cooking oil, for greasing pan
Authentic Guacamole - Mild

Authentic guacamole, modified for those of us who can't handle much heat
- •4 ripe fresh avocados, peeled and seeded
- •1 ripe medium Roma tomato, seeded and diced
- •1/2 cup sweet white onion, minced
- •1/2 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- •1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- •4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- •Droplets of hot pepper sauce to taste
- •Sea salt
- •White pepper
