  • 1/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cups very warm water (120°F to 130°F)
  • 4 1/2 cups Gold Medal® whole wheat flour
  • 2 3/4 to 3 3/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

  • •1 ripe medium Roma tomato, seeded and diced
