Ingredients

  • 3 - T. Butter
  • 1/2 lb- Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 - T. Flour
  • 1 - tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 - Cup Light Cream or Half and Half

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Butter. Add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour; toss.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes of till tender.
Add soy sauce; slowly stir in cream. Cook and stir till mixture bubbles and thickens.
Season to taste with pepper-no salt as sauce should not be highly seasoned.
