Ingredients

1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c flour.

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugars with egg and vanilla and beat until fluffy.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and press flat with a fork.

Bake for 350 degrees for appoximately 10 minutes. Cool on rack
