Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 C flour
- 1 C soft margarine (part butter)
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 C sugar
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- powdered sugar

Step 1
Mix and spread dough for crust in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 to 25 min. at 350.
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, rind, baking powder, flour. Spread on hot crust. Bake 20 to 25 min. at 350.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
