Ingredients
- 4 tbsp EVOO
- 2 large sliced onions
- salt and pepper
- hot pepper flakes
- beef broth
- 600 g thinly sliced deli roast beef
- hoagie or ciabatta buns
- sliced provolone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large frying pan add EVOO, onions, s &p, hot pepper flakes. Saute until golden brown.
Add a splash of beef broth
Add roast beef.
Pile onto buns. Top with cheese.
Slide under broiler to melt.
Dip sandwiches into remaining warm beef broth.
