Ingredients

  • Mix flour and salt in a bowl
  • add yeast, sugar, butter and mile,
  • knead to a soft dough (about 10 minutes)
  • Cover and let double (about an hour)
  • Cut dough in two or four pieces of the same size
  • Weave
  • with 4 braid: make pieces about 12"
  • Put two ends together and two ends together
