Ingredients

1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic - crushed
2 TBL olive oil
1 LB ground meat
4 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
3 tomato sauce cans full of water
S & P
1 tsp sugar
seasoning salt
couple pinches oregano, sweet
basil & rosemary
1 bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions:
brown lightly onion & garlic in olive oil
add grd. meat (break into pieces w/ fork) & brown
add tomato,sauce, tomato paste, water & seasonings

simmer 2-3 hrs
skim grease off top
remove bay leaf
