Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt. Set aside. Mix oil, butter, PB, water and bring to boil. Add eggs and buttermilk.

Pour into greased 11 x 15 sheet cake pan. Bake 15-20 minutes.

ICING: 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 TBSP butter, 1 cup PB, 20 mini marshmallows, 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts, 1 tsp. vanilla. Bring milk, sugar and butter to boil, boil 2 minutes. Add PB, marshmallows, vanilla and nuts. Blend until melted and spread on warm cake.
