  • 4 1/2 qts peeled and sliced cucumbers
  • 6 lg onions sliced fine
  • 2 c vinegar
  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 T tumeric
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 sm red sweet pepper cut in small pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Put cucumbers, onions and salt in water let stand 2 hrs. Drain in colander.

Add vinegar mix. Cook 20 min and bottle hot.
