  • 1 tblsp. butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lb. Chicken, cut up

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter or margarine in 13" X 9" rectangular pan in oven. Be sure bottom of pan is coated with the melted butter/margarine. Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt, pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Roll chicken pieces in Bisquick mix. Place skin-side down in buttered pan. Bake 35 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake 15 minutes more
